Note: Free and Cheap webhosts will give you all sorts of problems. If we don’t like you’re web host, we will require you change it.

When you purchase the Safety Plan for $55 a month, that includes hosting plus more features.

WordPress is simple to use but just in case, we have the Knowledge Center. Not to mention, once you become a client you can access even more tutorials from the Client Dashboard.

Tutorials are both written and videos will help you manage your WordPress site on your own, then there is no coding.

If you would like Sajah’s Design Studio to take the burden from off your shoulders, we will manage your website on your behalf. Purchase a Maintenance Plan.

For the custom design package you will receive (3) Mockups.

All of our design packages comes with 30 Days Site Maintenance. What that means is that we will update your site for 30 days, and this is different from 30 days of content updates.

WordPress is a free and open-source content management system, and the developers occasionally release updates.

The updates create newer versions of WordPress, plugins and themes. The newer updates add features and fix bugs. If WordPress, the plugins and themes are not updated, that can lead to security holes, and that may lead to hackers. Hackers take advantage of that vulnerability within your WordPress website and steal your confidential information.

This is why it’s important for you to update your WordPress Site/Plugins.

After the 30 days, you can easily update your website because the process isn’t hard but it must be done every once in a while.

Once your 30 day trial ends, you can purchase a maintenance plan. You focus on writing bestsellers and I will maintain your website.

30 Days of Content Updates, means that we will update your website: image, videos, written content etc

We will only upload what you give us, and place it where you have requested.

*You need to make sure that anything you upload, is the final copy. We will not proofread or edit anything.

No, Zoom calls are not mandatory and there is the option of phone calls as well. If you don’t want to do either, we prefer emailing anyways

A project can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months to complete, however sometimes a project can be finished sooner without rushing any of the steps.

Reasons to why a project can be finished before the due date:

  1. The client’s requirements are not overly complicated.
  2. They are communicative and responds to emails.
  3. The client knows exactly what they want and how they want it.
  4. Everything that is requested is emailed/uploaded in a timely fashion.

Note: If anything on the client’s end prohibits Sajah’s Design Studio from completing this project on schedule, there will be a 25% reopening Fee.

Below you will find what you can expect without our Exploratory stages.

Month One

Exploration Stage.

  1. The client’s vision and our design expertise will help fine tine design concepts.
  2. Create Mockups.
Month Two

Revisal Stage.

Once SDS receives your feedback from the mocks, we will revise and polish up the final design.

Month Three

Concluding Stage.

After the design is finalized, pages and content will not be linked/uploaded.

Month Four

The website goes live.

  1. Feedback and limited revisions.
  2. Testing of the website.
  3. Zoom call or emails on how to navigate your website.

Purchase a Maintenance Plan.

GDPR compliant is nothing complicated. It just means that when a potential reader visits your website, a disclaimer will pop up that says:

This is mandatory to get the readers to acknowledge that the owner uses cookies on their website. Essentially, websites track the traffic that comes in and out and visitors need to know that they are being lightly tracked. It’s a common practise with almost any website.

When we receive payment, you will receive an email with a Google link. You will deposit all your content/information, into that folder within the timeframe provided in the email. If you do not provide us with all the content within the requested timeframe, that will push our deadline date back.

In that case, the client was responsible to hand in everything on time and didn’t. Additional fees may apply.

If the client uploaded all information/content on time, and we won’t be able to meet the deadline, this will be the fault of Sajah’s Design Studio. The client will not be penalized.

In fact we encourage clients to learn the ins and outs of their website.

Once the project is finished we will provide you with a document to help you update your website. Additional we have tutorials and a support center if you need any help.
