When you submit a ticket, I will help guide you through written replies and linking to FAQ/documentation that can better assist you. Request Maintenance I am taking the weight off your shoulders. If any problems arise, I will deal with them on your behalf, all you have to do is fill out the request form. What I will do: WordPress Updates Weekly/Daily backups Backup files are stored locally or offsite. Email Support. 1- 2 Hours of content updates. 24/7 Security Hacked site clean-up. 1 – 2 hours of updates I will upload your blog content/ images/videos. Create/edit content. This also includes dealing with errors and problems that may arise. Even if you have to deal with a third party, I deal with them on your behalf, as long you provide me with all the information that I need to fix the issue. If work hours go over your purchased time, I charge $95/h.

Q: 30/90 Days of site maintenance and help with WordPress

Whether you have 30/90 days of site maintenance or a maintenance package , I will make sure that your website is up to date. With WordPress certain plug-ins and themes installed need to be updated and we will help keep your site up to date. I will complete low-maintenance design changes. Like adding/editing/ deleting pages and content. I will upload blog posts that are submitted by the client. I will not do extensive/structural changes.

Q: Can I Make Changes To My Template?

Yes, of course! Whether you are purchasing a custom design or choosing a premade template, we want you to be proud of your site. Therefore you can control the colors, fonts, and placement of your content. Graphics and images can be swapped out. Browse over to Template tutorials . If we are custom designing your site, once your project is completed we will make minor adjustments. However, that is ONLY if you have a Maintenance Package . Essentially, where we may draw the line if it affects the overall structure of the website. If you would prefer that I make extensive changes to a web design that will change the look/the structure of the theme that I already created, that would be considered a new design. Login to your account and submit a ticket . If you want to personally change your website, feel free to do so. Please keep in mind that if you mess up, you can reverse those changes. Q: What If I Don’t Like My Website?

DIY Theme If you don't like the theme, I apologize but that is why I offer a live demo . If you are having problems with the theme or setting your website, feel free to submit a ticket and I will see if I can help. Author Packages Since these packages include premade themes , you would have browsed and hand-picked a design that you preferred. Once the website is completed and you don't like it, I don't mind changing it to a different premade but that will be an additional charge. You will NOT be refunded considering that time was put into your design. Custom Theme Month 1: I will design mock-ups and you can decide what you like or don't. Month 2: I am finalizing the theme based on your input. We have 60 days to fine-tune your design. You will get the chance to review your site and direct us into bringing your vision to life. Hopefully, there will be no hiccups, and if there are, no worries we are here to help you. During the exploration period, if you are still displeased depending on the time spent designing the website, you may ONLY receive a partial refund.
