Please be prepared to provide all requested information within 24 hours of our response. With the complete details, your custom website will be finished within 24 to 48 hours. To meet quick timelines, we need all client information upfront. The countdown starts as soon as we confirm your project.
Note: Failing to provide the requested information stated in the acceptance email, will cause a delay in the project’s start time. We cannot begin building your website until we have all the necessary details in hand.

What If My Website Is Not Finished Within 24 – 48 Business hours?
In the event that your website is not finished within the specified 24 – 48 business hours, the following scenarios will apply:
If the Client Provides All Information On Time: If the Client adheres to the instructions on the ‘Instruction’ tab and provides all the requested information within 24 hours of receiving our first response, we commit to completing the website within 24 to 48 hours. We work swiftly but rely on the timely submission of necessary details to meet such rapid timelines. It is crucial for the Client to be prepared to furnish all required information promptly upon project acceptance. The clock for completion starts as soon as we confirm our agreement to proceed.
Client Responsibility for Timely Submission: The Client bears the responsibility for ensuring that all requested information and content are submitted on time. Failure to do so may result in potential delays and additional fees, as stated in the terms of the agreement.
Delays Caused by Sajah’s Design Studio: If the Client provides all required information on time but we, Sajah’s Design Studio, encounter unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from meeting the deadline, we acknowledge that the delay is our responsibility, and the Client will not be penalized for it.
Delays Beyond Our Control: Both parties acknowledge that there may be circumstances beyond our control that could cause project delays. In such cases, we will work diligently to mitigate any delays and communicate with the Client to keep them informed.
Please be assured that we strive to deliver projects within the specified timeframes, and open communication between both parties is vital to ensure a smooth and successful project completion. In the rare instance of unforeseen delays, we will work collaboratively to find solutions and deliver the highest quality website as efficiently as possible.

Upon uploading your website content, you will have the opportunity to review the website and provide feedback before we finalize the design. We offer a 24 – 48 hour window for this review process. It is essential that you are available during this timeframe to complete the check. If, for any reason, you are unable to provide feedback within 48 hours, we will consider the website design as completed.

We will upload the content exactly as you have given it to us. Please ensure that the content you provide is the final version, as we do not proofread or edit it.
