WordPress is simple to use but just in case, we have the Knowledge Center. Not to mention, once you become a client you can access even more tutorials from the Client Dashboard.
Tutorials are both written and videos will help you manage your WordPress site on your own, then there is no coding.
If you would like Sajah’s Design Studio to take the burden from off your shoulders, we will manage your website on your behalf. Purchase a Maintenance Plan.

When you purchase a Custom Design Package, it is mandatory that you purchase the Safety Maintenance Plan.
We will make sure that your WordPress site is always updated.
With WordPress, certain plug-ins and themes need to be updated every so often and if they aren’t, that may leave your site vulnerable to hackers. To good news is that you can do this by yourself because it’s quite easy. You can read this article Update Your WordPress Website, to instruct you on how to do this.
We will not do extensive/structural changes.
We will upload your content: videos, articles, images etc
Just email your files with straight forward instructions and we will do the rest.
We will make sure that your website is always running smoothly.
*(1) hour of site updates a month.
WordPress needs to be updated and so does the plugins.
It’s not complicated to keep your WordPress updated, and yes, the client can do it easily. Ignoring your WordPress and the updates is not a good idea and you will have problems. The Safety Plan is the basic of our WordPress Maintenance Packages.
The Safety Plan is mandatory because we build amazing websites and we are proud of our work.
We want our websites to run smoothly, therefore we are require the client to purchase a maintenance plan.
*If you do not purchase a maintenance plan, there is no guarantee that if a problem arises, we will have the time to assist you.
I have my favorite web hosts for WordPress.
Note: Free and Cheap webhosts will give you all sorts of problems.
Additionally, we can host your website for $25 a month. When you host with us, we will make sure that your WordPress website is kept up to date. You can focus on writing and we will handle the website.

If you are an author, the Service page will be changed to Book page.
A Service page is where your business will be listed. Whether its a product page or if you are booking clients.
A Portfolio page is where visitors can see either your reviews or the representation of work/projects that you have created. This page is also where you can showcase your skills and experiences.
When your time expires, and if you would like us to continue to manage your website purchase a maintenance plan.
A project can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months to complete, however sometimes a project can be finished sooner without rushing any of the steps.
Reasons to why a project can be finished before the due date:
- The client’s requirements are not overly complicated.
- They are communicative and responds to emails.
- The client knows exactly what they want and how they want it.
- Everything that is requested is emailed/uploaded in a timely fashion.
Note: If anything on the client’s end prohibits Sajah’s Design Studio from completing this project on schedule, there will be a 25% reopening Fee.
Below you will find what you can expect without our Exploratory stages.
Month One
Exploration Stage.
- The client’s vision and our design expertise will help fine tine design concepts.
- Create Mockups.
Month Two
Revisal Stage.
Once SDS receives your feedback from the mocks, we will revise and polish up the final design.
Month Three
Concluding Stage.
After the design is finalized, pages and content will not be linked/uploaded.
Month Four
The website goes live.
- Feedback and limited revisions.
- Testing of the website.
- Zoom call or emails on how to navigate your website.

With an Author Design package, you have to choose a premade theme. This is an affordable way for Authors to have an amazing and modern website. Also, not everyone knows exactly what they want, or they may get overwhelmed with the thought of imagining a design. We are here to help lessen the stress. You can focus on writing your next bestseller, and simply pick a theme. I’ll design it. Host it and Maintain it all.
That’s not all, we offer 3 Author Design packages because we want to help you level up your author brand.
You will receive additional features:
- Unlimited Books
- Individual series/book pages
- Buy buttons
- Extra’s deleted scenes/ playlist etc
When we design a website, we will place all your books on a single book page. When a visitor clicks on the book cover, they will be sent to either Amazon or a Universal book link.
Now, with the above Author Package, you won’t have all your books crowded on a single page. You can have series pages, and when you click on a book cover it will take you to a spotlight book page on your website.
The page will have information dedicated to that book: buy links, summary, reviews etc
No, Zoom calls are not mandatory.
GDPR compliant is nothing complicated. It just means that when a potential reader visits your website, a disclaimer will pop up that says:
We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. If you continue to use this site, we will assume that you are happy with it. (It doesn’t have to be those exact words, but something similar).
This is mandatory to get the readers to acknowledge that the owner uses cookies on their website. Essentially, websites track the traffic that comes in and out and visitors need to know that they are being lightly tracked. It’s a common practise with almost any website.
When we receive payment, you will receive an email with a Google link. You will deposit all your content/information, into that folder within the timeframe provided in the email. If you do not provide us with all the content within the requested timeframe, that will push our deadline date back. In that case, the client was responsible to hand in everything on time and didn’t. Additional fees may apply.
In the case that the client uploaded all information/content on time, and we won’t be able to meet the deadline, this will be the fault of Sajah’s Design Studio. The client will not be penalized.
